There are two ways of accessing the claims archive online: one for the client and the other for individual policy holders;
Not only may clients download the claims archive at periodic intervals, but they also have access profiles that filter the available information according to territorial parameters (national, regional, or provincial); as we have already seen, individual policy holders may monitor the state of their own case directly.
The advanced optical archiving system for incoming and outgoing documentation makes it possible to consult all the documentation relating to each claim directly in real time.
Claims are handled using an advanced web-oriented application.
Its innovative front-end technical features make it quick and easy to use thanks to a judicious use of Ajax to obtain pages full of features built to satisfy real operative needs; as it is fully compliant with the standards, claims can be handled using any browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, Konqueror, etc.) and platform (Windows, Unix/Linux, Mac). Users are free to choose the tools they prefer or need to use.
Low-speed data lines or access to the system from environments protected by firewalls and proxies do not affect access to the application, nor do they restrict its ability to function. Its main characteristics are listed here:
